Terms & Conditions — 2222k Platform Rules and User Obligations for Bangladesh Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2222k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 2222k website located at https://2222k.io, including all services, features, content, games, betting markets, and payment facilities available thereon.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Maintenance

Each individual may register only one account on the 2222k platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2222k will close all accounts except the first registered, void any associated transactions, and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 2222k is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published within the relevant betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity across all sports and markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn after they have been accepted by the platform, except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager.

In no event shall 2222k's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
